Randy Knight

Randy is our Sales Manager for SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties as well as SERVPRO of Union County. Randy is customer service driven and will go above and beyond to assist you in any way through your mitigation and repair needs. Randy has been in management and sales for 30 years and enjoys helping people. In his free time, Randy has coached numerous sports, been involved in the FCA, competed in golf long drive on the national tour, and loves to spend time with his family.

Ashley Allman

Ashley is the Job File Coordinator/ Receptionist - Dispatcher at SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly, Richmond Counties, as well as SERVPRO of Union County. She is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration and is the cheery voice first greeting you when you call our office. She has been with us since Fall of 2018 and enjoys assisting you with all your mitigation needs.

Oger Baza

Oger is an Assistant Production Manager at SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties, as well as SERVPRO of Union County. Oger has been with SERVPRO since 2013 and we can always count on him to do a thorough job! He is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration and understands the complexity of drying a structure.

Krystle Efird

Krystle is a technician at SERVPRO of Union County. She is a leader on our contents and fire mitigation team as well as our bio remediation team. Krystle also has IICRC certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration.

Juan Suarez

Juan is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly and Richmond Counties. He is extremely team-oriented and customer service focused. Juan enjoys helping other team members and customers find the best and most efficient solution to any problem.
